These are wrapped in factory sealed packages, two to a package.  They are made of 100% medical grade soft silicone and are thus BPA free. 

Please measure your existing spouts to make sure you are ordering the right size.  These spouts measure 1 and 1/2"  or just a hair under 4 cm from side to side directly across the middle of the spout.  If you aren't sure if they are going to fit when you get them, please do not open all of the packages or you cannot get your money back.  Just open one pack first to make sure they fit.  That way you can return the unopened packages within 3 days for your money back minus shipping and handling.
