Combined Ordering SHIPPING CHARGES. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: We manually combine shipping when you order more than one item. The items must be different. We have numerous quantities of the same items listed so if you need 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc, please order one of the existing choices if the items are the same. When you order different items, we will combine your shipping for you and refund the overpayment when we print your shipping label. Unfortunately, our site, the same as many others including Amazon, does not combine the shipping for us. If your combined items weigh over 13 ounces, we need to ship your items the next least expensive way. That typically is priority mail. We will still reimburse you if you have over paid regardless but if we have to bump it up to the next shipping class because it is over the first class weight limit, you are giving us permission to do this. This most frequently happens with sippy cup orders in combination with the spouts. Most shipping charges are under $4.99 on average for first class. So please order, pay, and know that we will reimburse you right away. If you have a paypal account, you will see the refund quickly. If you use a credit card, you will be refunded quickly but may not see the refund until your next statement is received which is typically 30 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE: We ship within 24/48 hours. We will provide you with a customs form number which will prove the date that your items were shipped. This is not a tracking number. Tracking can only be purchased on Express mail packages and it is very expensive. In addition, you may have to pay a VAT or Customs charge when you receive your package. These charges are NOT INCLUDED in the cost of your purchase or shipping as they are too hard for us to calculate for each country. If your order is over $20, we will most likely add insurance on your package as well. We normally ship to AU, UK, and Canada and will consider other countries if you email us through the contact form. DELIVERY TIME VARIES AND CAN TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE AN ORDER EVEN THOUGH WE SHIP RIGHT AWAY. IF YOU CANNOT WAIT, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. THE AVERAGE RECEIPT TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS TO AU AND THE UK.
